Should I stop drink Ensure prior to plastic surgery? It's filled with vitamins and proteins. I'm 94 pounds and trying to maintain healthy weight.

Not aware of anything in Ensure which would have to be stopped before surgery
As a Plastic surgeon, I am not aware of anything in Ensure which would have to be stopped before surgery. Usually, I ask my patients to refrain from ingesting ANYTHING that thins their blood or promotes bleeding (Aspirin, Advil, Alleve, Goody's, Vit E, Garlic, Ginger etc etc). You MUST have nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before your surgery though.
