If you get headaches after PRK, it is unlikely that they are related unless your end result refraction is off significantly. In that case, you should consider an enhancement which can be discussed with your PRK surgeon. If you have great vision, and your postoperative refraction is nearly zero, I would recommend your usual headache remedies.
