I am having a removel replacement with a lift next week. I am downsizing my 480HP submuscular for smaller implants. I am a 36DDD and want to be a small D. My PS is recomending 350MP Plus. Do you think that is small enough to help me achieve the small D? I was a large C before surgery. He is also going to do dual plane this time. I dont want to be too big again!

This is a very difficult question

Of course, there is no way we or your doctor will be able to predict a cup size for you. If you REALLY want to control the final size, look, and cup size after this next surgery, one technique I have had great success with is by using a postoperatively adjustable saline implant. This allows you to work with your doctor for several months until all the swelling is gone and get exactly the best result for your particular body. Downsizing Implants

Thanks for the question - Combining a breast lift with implant downsizing increases the ability to create a pleasing breast shape and appropriate breast size. Review your implant size.

There is no way to provide you with a definite answer. Will your surgeon also perform a lift/reduction? This may also have great impact on your resulting breast size and shape. Generally decreasing your implants by 130cc will typically take you down only 1 cup size. However, this is an inexact and unpredictable science and there are many factors which help determine your breast size. If you began with a C cup, you would need 150-200cc implant to take you up one cup.Therfore, this is about... more

Hard to know this without seeing you

Hello, Much of what we do involves visualizing the result while looking at a patient. There are several types of lifts some of which lift more than others and implants of a certain type/size look differently on different women providing variable fullness. The bottom line is that you need to trust the surgeon you have chosen on this type of question and spend the time to communicate before surgery.
