Answer: Getting your two front teeth fixed Hi,My recommendation would be to really think about braces, or invisalign, you have an orthodontic issue, to attend, on your class II division II, and this grinding and destroy of those front teeth, it’s due to the way the lowers contact the uppers on front bite and lateral movements. So no matter if you perform veneers the grinding bite would be the same and you will either fracture the veneers or would grind the lower teeth. If you decide not to get braces and perform veneers you will find several options that are very affordable and have great quality. But keep in mind this will not stop you from grinding your teeth, also don't forget that not all dentists are fit to perform cosmetic treatments, find a specialist for both your orthodontic treatment or your cosmetic treatment.

Answer: Fixing Protruded Upper Front Teeth The answer to your question can be simple or complex depending on whether you want to cosmetically enhance your teeth or fix the problems causing the aesthetic defect. To cosmetically enhance your smile you could put a couple of veneers on your two upper front teeth and dramatically improve your smile. However, if you want to fix the problems causing the retruded upper front teeth the project is much more involved. Your problem is retruded upper incisors that is also causing a retruded lower jaw and most likely a deep overbite as well. A retruded lower jaw can not only cause aesthetic concerns beyond your two upper front teeth (compromised facial profile and premature wrinkles around the mouth) but it can also cause medical concerns such as TMJ Dysfunction and sleep apnea. Before doing any treatment you should be evaluated for symptoms of TMJ Dysfunction and sleep disordered breathing. If no symptoms are present then you need to decide if just fixing the upper two front teeth is worth potentially developing TMJ Dysfunction and/or sleep apnea in the future. If you choose to fix the more serious problems it would be done with simple, comfortable removable appliances. You would first push the upper front teeth out to their ideal position and then you would bring your lower jaw forward. Good luck!
