Can revision rhinoplasty/otoplasty be fixed and what went wrong? Are injectables ok for my nose?

PS did both my surgeries. The 1st left boxer's nose, tight nostrils, difficulty breathing,&telephone ear deformity.Revision left all above and: low/flat/wide bridge, dry nose, bad smelling nose/ears,too much nostril show,crooked/flatter/higher tip, ear pulling out, ears too close in middle.& folds forming crevices behind my ears. How can I get a version of my old nose just without a bump?

I think that only an exam and a frank discussion would be appropriate in your case.

Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

You have described and shown multiple problems with your nose and ears. I suggest you consult with an experienced surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetic work. You should wait for at least one year after your last surgery.
