Why do my silicone implants feel hard?

Based on description alone it's hard to say what may be happening with your breasts after your breast augmentation. The firmness can be due to the persistence of a tight subglandular pocket or the development of capsular contracture. and I would suggest you see your surgeon to be evaluated for a possible early contracture.  There are some unproven modalities that may be pursued so let your surgeon guide you through your healing.

Hi ,It is recommended to have an in-person examination with your surgeon to know if it is a capsular contracture or not.Generally after breast augmentation it is recommended that you visit your surgeon every 6 months.
