Sub-glandular, memory gel, 450 cc silicone, 3 months now. Massaging 3X a wk. I have noticed that they feel a lot harder than I assumed they would. My older sister has under the muscle saline implants who feel more natural than mine =(. Why do my silicone implants feel hard?. Is there something I can do to help them soften? They are not as hard as a rock, but I have felt the silicones before placed inside me and I would say that they were softer then.

Either size is rather modest and will like likely make you a large B or a small C. If that's what you want either of those would be okay. Im really conservative size wise, but I would recommend the 275 which will not make you too large at all. It'll look great! Good luck!
