How to Fix Skin After Overly Aggressive Scrubbing?

i did very hard scrubbing on my face at least 15 days its become so red and getting time bumps all over cheeks and on nose to , after it i applied benzoic acid , and diluted dettol but its make my skin more red and irritated .. and i was woriied i used again lemon and tamotato juice to repaitr my skin but it give me more bad effect ! i am so worried for it , now month has passed my skni become more oily and bumpy what to do ?? i will be help full i did use little hydro cortisone but i didnt work
