Hard Lump Under Left Arm Pits After Gynecomastia Surgery?

I had my gynecomastia surgery 10 days back following the procedure of SAL liposuction and Gland excision.i notice a hard lump of skin under my left arm pits, on the left of my chest.i am really worried about it.It pains when touched, and there are little 1-2 black scars which looks as of some injury.Should i visit my PS again? please help me
