Hard Bumps on Bridge 2 Months Post-op?

2 months ago I had open rhinoplasty and now there are hard bumps on my nose. When I push them they temporarily flatten out..will they resolve in time?

Post Rhinoplasty swelling and bumps on bridge.

Dear Sabsoob, It is difficult to determine via internet what you are feeling and what area the "bumps"occur. Possible healing or resolving depends on where the bumps are located either dorsum or tip, whether it is cartilage or bone?
