Hard Baseball-like Fat 8 Days Post Op

As soon as I came home from the hospital I had a hard ball of fat in each butt cheek. It's still there and I'm 8 days post op. Could this be necrosis or is it still too soon to tell? When does the fat typically soften? Thanks

Fat trasfer to the buttocks

You are still too early after surgery. You have swelling and that causes hardness. See your Plastic Surgeon and he/she will be able to advise you better after examining you.
