its been 9 months, and I have an area right below my navel that I can't normally see but can feel that is harder if I press on it, and is numb (roughly a square inch). Can I get rid of it, or will it go away? I can't see it now, but am dieting and working for 6 pack abs, so I'm worried I will see it
