Bruising, Infection and Crepey Skin After Tear Trough Areas Were Filled 4 Months Ago. Is It Permanent?

6mths ago had T/trough area filled, had major swelling and bruising lasting 4mths, then an infection set in. Some days after were good others bad with unevenness making me look like a stroke victim. Now the skin is retracting unevenly, leaving it all crepe like, with wrinkles forming. Am absolutely devastated, my face was not like this before, so my question is will my skin go back to way it was or with the length of swelling & infection given me permantely stretched skin, and would surgery fix
