I have silicon implants under the muscle and have had them since 2008. When I was working out five days ago I had a pain in my left side by my arm pit. I noticed slight swelling in the left breast. The breast is not hard. There is no pain at all now. It just feels weird on the inside to me. Is this a pulled muscle and if so, how long does it take to recover?
