What Happens to the Liquified Fats? Am I a Candidate if on Medication for High Blood Pressure?

Where does it goes? Does it comes back? Will it cause high blood pressure? Will ZERONA treatment be possible for a 48 year old male who currently under medication for high blood pressure?
