I fell which resulted in a horrible cut lip. I could not put my invisalign on without my lip starting to bleed even though it was not deep enough for stictches. Its finally healed and I'm ready to start again but when I went to put the tray i was on back in the bottom was super tight it was painful. I had move to a older version of my tray because it hurt so bad. I want to think its because my teeth moved back while my lip healed. is there anything I can do? Or do I just have to take it from here?

Answer: Here are three simple ways to get back on track if you have not worn your Invisalign trays for two weeks (or longer).
Wear each tray for its recommended 2 weeks. Even though most, if not all, of the teeth movement occurs in the first few days, it's important to allow the important dynamic activity in the bone around these teeth to have sufficient time.
Wear each tray for a minimum of 20-22 hours per...
When the buttons are removed the enamel will appear dull but that can be polished back to the original luster. No permanent damage will take place. Do not worry about it.
Yes they can be felt when you are not wearing your trays. That being said I would not worry about it as you have only 4 attachment and if you are concerned tell the person that you are kissing that they are there so they know about it beforehand
