Why is This Happening? Gp Keep Saying It Infected?

Left breast implant very painful pain spreading to left shoulder, armpit and arm goes numb, breast seems to be facing armpit now to begin with it wasn't the implant as been fitted below the breast muscle

I am having trouble understanding your question. However, if your GP suspects infection, you should be seeing your surgeon ASAP.
