How will pregnancy affect your breasts?

If you have undergone a reduction, and you are planning to have kids, it is very difficult to look into that crystal ball to predict if and how your breasts will change.   But common things are common.  Post pregnancy changes to the breast can include volume loss and breast sagging and stretching of your areola.

Pregnancy after breast reduction, now what

Believe it or not, your breast will behave normally if you become pregnant after a breast reduction, and very many people do. The first sign you are pregnant may be a tender stiff feeling in your breast. Your breast will fill out during your pregnancy, the nipple may darken a bit, and after you deliver your breast will indeed become dense and firm and lactate. The success of breast feeding will depend on the pattern of your reduction and the remaining connection of ductal and glandular... more

Post reduction pregnancy.

It is not possible to predict what will happen after a breast reduction followed by pregnancy. They may get larger and they may not. They may sag and they may stay the same.
