I would like to do hairline lowering surgery but I live in CT. I do go to Fla once a year as well. Are there any Drs that specialize in this in those 2 states?

I would not call the types of complaints you ahve an abnormal but if you are a female or a male over 25, you can have this addressed by a hair transplant surgeon. At the same time the hairline could be lowered if that is what you want
