Why Was My 2nd IPL Hair Removal Treatment Less Effective Than First?

Hi... I had Hair Removal IPL Session and the first time it worked  but the next time nothing happened. why the first time after 10 days i lost about 50% of my leg hairs but the 2nd time there is no more result...
