I am a 50 years old woman. I suffer thinning in my hair and great hair loss specially in the front of the scalp. This drives me crazy. I heard about mesotherapy and I'd like to know if this can make a change ! Also , I heard about Mira hair oil that's considered a miracle to treat my case. Is it true? Please inform me about mesotherapy centers in Egypt (especially Alexandria ) and where can I buy Mira oil. Thanks
