White, Thick Hair After Laser Hair Removal

I have a laser hair remover (Rio scanning). I am doing it every week for 6 months on my chin. What is happening to me is that I have so much hair than before and the new ones are thick and some of them are white. I am shaving them and I have fair skin with brown hair. Thank you
