I Have a Hematoma on my Lower Back Due to a Horse Kick. Been Over a Month and Still in Pain?

It has been about a month and a week, its still hard as a rock i have been using ice pack and heat packs and also taking voltaren because i am in a lot of pain, i have pain around my abdomen and down my right leg. Please help

Any hematoma after 2 weeks develops liquid than must be drained/cualquier hematoma al cabo de algunas semanas se torna liquido

You must be drained by puncture after that everything becomes normal necesita drenarse dicho hematoma por puncion despues de eso desapareceran las molestias
