Ive had my glands removed 4 months ago but i feel worse now than ever with this scar tissue that has formed i keep trying to break it down with massage but it gets so sore it looks worse can anybody give me some advice? Appreciate it thanks.

Scar tissue after gynecomastia excision
It is very difficult to see from the photos what bothers you. Scars usually settles down and fade a bit over the first year.
