So i just had my gynecomastia surgery today. I have unilateral gynecomastia (only on the left side) so we decided to go with a liposuction. My Dr. expected to be able to remove 100 cc of fat, but after all he only was able to remove like 10 cc. He told me that we would have to go with an excision surgery to remove the fat that wasnt coming out. I dont mind having another surgery. But my parents already barely had the money to pay the 1st one, how can i pay for the 2nd? Another option?
