See my previous question and one doctor reply that completely ignored the fact that I am saying it hurt like hell when the applicator was applied for at least a couple of minutes until the freezing started. Why don't you doctors recognize this and offer some sort of topical cream/gel whatever BEFORE the applicator is applied?

Coolsculpting does not hurt during the procedure. The area is frozen and as such requires no topical anesthesia. There are a subset of patients who get pain after the procedure. Best, Dr. Green
