I am 16 years old I weigh 98lbs. I am starting to have difficulties with growing taller, I want to grow taller but I don't know how. I always eat healthy and get enough vitamins as possible, I take naps very often, but I've been 4"9 for almost two years. I'm becoming concerned. I've tried stretching everyday. I was thinking of when I'm 18 if I should get leg lengthening surgery, maybe about a couple inches. I know it's painful but I'm serious about my height. Is there any easier way? Like pills?
