had liposuction 4 weeks ago on outer tights & banana roll. there is still some swelling and i have a deep groove at one side starting from incision all along my bud. also it seems that on this side my buttocks changes shape. also i got a bumpy swelling at the side of my buttocks just now and it feels a bit bruised allthough at this area there was not fat removed. what is happening, will the grooves go away or stay, what might be the reosan for the crease, will it get even wors?

Four weeks after liposuction

Four weeks is too early after liposuction to tell the long term result.  You have to be patient as three to six months is the maturity point.  The creases may not improve any further, but it would be too early to consider fat injections until the tissues heal more.
