After 5 weeks post-op lower blepharoplasty I still have the festoons or malar bags that I started with. They look exactly as they did before surgery. Will non ablative fractional laser resurfacing help with this? If not, what can I do to finally eliminate this problem? I am not happy with my results at all. The first photo is pre surgery. There is no contraindication with taking antibiotics and Fraxel laser. Caution though that some antibiotics are photosensitive and you have to be even more careful in the sun. Best, Dr. Green
