Can Green Peel Remove Old Stretch Marks?

I have a lot of stretch marks, and my life has became like hell. I can't wear bikini tops, go to the beach, even wear dresses. I got them all over - my upper arms, my belly, my shoulders. About 80% of my body is covered with stretch marks and I can't live my life normally although I'm just a 23 year old girl. So I'm looking for an effective treatment to get my life back. Does green peel work on old stretch marks, does it remove them?
