I have antiphospholipid syndrome and am currently considering surgery to have a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Currently my antiphospholipid syndrome is treated only with baby aspirin daily. I was diagnosed after a retinal vein occlusion. Would this prevent me getting a surgeon to perform either of these procedures? Would I be given anti thrombotic drugs prior to or during surgery, how would this generally be tackled? This is the main concern for me.

If the scar is too high, it can be lowered by removing skin below the scar and resuturing the wound. I generally try to lift the skin above the scar off the abdomen so that is freely mobile and can be shifted downwards to the new scar position. The belly button usually isn't...
That's an interesting question! I would say that once you have your silicone implants removed you should A. Leave them out or B. Replace them with brand new silicone implants! The only thing that you should use your used silicone implants for is a paperweight for your desk!
As all the other doctors have indicated, what you are describing is a classic seroma. Would definitely visit your plastic surgeon for drainage. Best of luck.
