I want breast aug & tummy tuck but i have antiphospholipid syndrome? Is this a major problem?

I have antiphospholipid syndrome and am currently considering surgery to have a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Currently my antiphospholipid syndrome is treated only with baby aspirin daily. I was diagnosed after a retinal vein occlusion. Would this prevent me getting a surgeon to perform either of these procedures? Would I be given anti thrombotic drugs prior to or during surgery, how would this generally be tackled? This is the main concern for me.
