Can a Granuloma Be Treated with Laser?

I had fat injections by my eyes and developed granulomas above my eyebrows. Can a laser treatment be used to remove a granuloma above my eyebrow caused by fat injections?

The other lumps are inside my mouth and the only thing that helped was prednisone which caused my adrenal glands to go way do and now they are awakenig and the lumps have returned. I really need any suggestions. Thank you very much
