Did my Dermatologist Do Too Much Fraxel at Once?

I got fraxel treatment for my scars, some of them all of them have flaken off except 1 The one scar is near my underarm in the section where the skin stretches when you raise your arms. I think i felt this one hurt more than the other scars...it didnt flake but a big crater is gone....like its raw and white..did my dermatologist do too much fraxel at once? It hurts and hasnt healed yet....while the othes have already pealed off. Might i add that I also got v-beam laser then fraxel at the same time. Is this too much exposure that it blistered my skin?
