Do You Know a Good Plastic Surgeon in Brazil?

One of my patients had a lesion on the bridge of his nose. The path report was an infiltrative basal cell. He left for Brazil the next day and will not be back for nine months. Any suggestions as to a good plastic surgeon in the Sao Paulo area?
