Great question,

You can have some flakiness after a microdermabrasion which is completely normal, deep peeling to the skin can mean the esthetician might have gone to rough or to deep and can possibly leave scabs.

Peeling after microdermabrasion is typically much less than with chemical peels, often lasting 1-3 days, although some people don't peel at all.

Peeling after microdermabrasion

Skin peeling after microdermabrasion is possible and is normal.  It will usually resolves within a few days.  Make sure to folllow post-treatment instructions, e.g. wearing sunscreen.
