Glycolic peels for pigmentation
Although high concentration glycolic peels may work for pigmentation, it is not my first choice. My first choice for a peel to treat underlying dyschromia and pigmentation is with a stronger peel called TCA. This is most effective but should be performed in experienced hands. Risks of scarring does exist with this peel.
