44 years old with super sensitive skin and suffer from severe psoriasis triggered by the slightest. Been using protopic .01% for 4 years. Breakouts are pretty severe and painful. The protopic has caused ugly large pores on my face particularly my nose. Because of my condition would a glycolic peel be a good idea or would it cause a more severe breakout? I am also considering botox and fillers. I am a heavy smoker and drink frequently since losing my job over a year ago. Lucy, NYC

If you have that sensitive skin and major problems then do not use any thing that could trigger a major problem
