How much water do you need to drink for beautiful skin
You do not need to drink any additional water to hydrate the skin beyond the normal daily requirement for water consumption for normal living, which depends upon the climate in which you live. Normal human water needs vary from 1 to 2 liters per day or more depending on heat and expenditure of energy. Your kidneys determine your hydration and will concentrate of excrete water accordingly.
