A glare sensitivity test may be useful, but does not necessarily predict glare post operatively and may give a false sense of security. A discussion of glare is worthwhile.

Glare Sensitivity Testing and LASIK
Glare sensitivity testing is an in office measurement, quite easy to do, however, it is more reserved for pre and post cataract, than LASIK. You are probably thinking of a way that glare could be avoided post LASIK and glare testing is not the way to do that.
