I had custom intralase lasik 9 months ago and am still experiencing terrible daytime and nighttime glare. What is causing this glare and can it be fixed? My doc says I have no refractive error and my pupils were 5mm. I do have slightly dry eyes with a schrimmers of 10 and tear break up time of 10.

Dryness can be a leading cause of glare
Glare can be multifactorial. Dryness certainly is a leading cause. If artificial tears improve your glare symptoms, dryness is likely. There are many treatments available for dry eye.
