Can GFX Be Used to Immobilize the Depressor Septi Muscles?

GFX is hugely destructive IMHO and should not be used in the face. It's a radio frequency probe that uses heat to damage motor nerves. The main issue with heat is that it can cause integral damage to the nerve's supporting structures resulting in possible non-aligned re-growth (synkinesis). Try low dose neurotoxins like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin instead.
