A: Milia and comedones and how to remove them
It is best to let a professional remove these for you. If you have a lot of them and try to remove them yourself, you can break blood vessels, cause scarring or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or cause infection. Regular facials help with these, as do home products.

You can use a comedone extractor for them, Best to do it naturally though. Exfoliate once a week to remove the dead skin cells, and steam your face by via a hot bowl of water and putting your head above it allowing the steam to hit your face. This opens pores and then you can pick the blackheads out. But you will have to do this regually once a week.
