In this type of nose structure an alar cinch to narrow the nostrils. There is also a possibility of a weir excision along with the alar cinch. However a consultation with a surgeon is required to examine the tissues.

After reviewing your photos, I believe that you are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty.  This would add height to the bridge of your nose, tip projection, and narrow the base.  I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation based on what your nose COULD look like after surgery, and tailor a plan according to your needs and wishes.  Good luck!

Unfortunately, the alae cannot be adequately treated without treatment of the entire nose. You appear to have thick, oily skin with ptosis of the nasal tip and a shallow dorsum.To treat the alae and nostril appearance, you would likely need tip projection and rotation as well as dorsal augmentation and alar base narrowing.  The soft tissue envelope could have the subcutaneous tissue trimmed from the undersurface to allow better redraping of the skin over the new structure.Also, a second stage of laser resurfacing could thin the skin further for additional refinement and definition.
