Any moisturizer a satisfactory after a facelift provided you are not allergic to it. There is no topical that is better than another.

Good question, I have spent time with a lot of amazing dermatologists and they always suggest a water based non comedogenic moisturizer like cetaphil. Its as old as the hills but is safe and great and reasonable priced
