Genioplasty After Maxillofacial Surgery?

Hi, I just had osteotomy lefort 1 impaction done 3 weeks ago for my gummy smile 7mm up, i am doing great, no swelling, zero pain, none could tell i had surgery. Although i am loving the result (from 9mm to 2mm)i was also expecting to get rid off the severe wrinkles on my chin when closing my mouth, and actually it hurts cause i am pushing my bottom jaw forward, what can i do about this? I was thinking about genoplasty and not a chin implant! How long do i have to wait before undergoing surgery?
