Planning on Genesis Treatments Followed by Fraxel, Is it Worth it?

I am planning to start a series of laser Genesis treatments to improve skin texture, tighten pores and smooth acne scaring. My plan is to move to a more intensive treatment (fraxel repair?) in five months if the results are not what I am looking for. My question is, if and when I have the fraxel laser, will this ADD to the Genesis results or will the Genesis have been a waste of money if I end up doing the fraxel in the end? Also, which of the 'big gun' lasers are best for acne scars? Thanks!
