You should see lower fees at a General Dentist's office for Invisalign. Orthodontists have to charge more for Invisalign than for "braces". Their overhead (Invisalign costs) is higher than for the bracket and wires involved in "braces.

Weekends or not, Invisalign takes care to train each dentist provider before allowing them use Invisalign in their practices. You should feel comfortable that you are receiving care from a qualified provider if they use Invisalign in their practices.
