I Had Gastric Bypass 7 Years Ago and I Am Still Losing a Large Amount of Weight. What Can I Do to Put a Little Weight Back On?

I am 5ft 6in tall and I am currently at 132 pounds. I was 398 pounds the day of my surgery. I have a large bone structure and with the continued weight loss my hip bones are protruding as well as my collar bones.

Hi there, have you been able to speak to your doctor about this? I'm not a doctor, but it may be that you need to try and take in more calories than you are, or slow down on exercise. However, you should definitely speak to your doctor first and let them check you out.
