I Had Gastric Bypass 2007 and Have Kept my Weight off over 4 Years Now. Would Like Other Surgeries?

I need a breast reduction and a panniculectomy. I lost over 128 lbs right away and carring about 25-35 lbs excess. The problem is my ins company has certain doctors I can go to. I have never made it to an office of the doctors and have been told that it is not medical. I have referrals from 5 doctors, my primary, my ob, my gastric, an er physician, and a plastic that got approval, but is not in my system. I am unable to get a no pare, any suggestions? Paying myself is out of the question. TY
