I Got Gaps in my Facial Hair After Restylane...

i am a guy and i got restylane or perlane (not sure which one but think it was perlane) injection in my chin. Now one day later i notice that areas that the needle entered from has round patches of bald spots now. I am pretty sure he used the needle in many areas. Seems like the needle may have damaged the hair follicles by crossing it or something. I am worried because being a male, i dont want patches in my chin hair growth.I had even chin hair growth before Or is the hair loss temporary
