I am on tray 20/33 and just noticed my bottom right wisdom tooth has begun to come in. Will this affect my treatment? One of the nurses at my orthodontist office said it wouldn't, but I just don't see how?

Try to pinch the back of the tray together in the area it is popping off. Pinch it so you are squeezing the part of the tray that faces your cheek and the part that faces the roof of your mouth together. This will tighten the tray in that area and can keep it from popping off....
